SERVICES

Six service lines, one project manager

Everything below is quoted per project. Sample requirements, timeline and deliverables are written into the quote before work starts — so you know what you are buying.

Gene sequencing Short-read and long-read

What we run

  • Whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and whole-exome sequencing (WES)
  • Targeted panels and amplicon sequencing
  • RNA-seq: mRNA, total RNA, lncRNA
  • Single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics
  • Whole-plasmid and Sanger sequencing for construct verification
  • Microbial genome and 16S/ITS amplicon sequencing

Platforms

Illumina and MGI DNBSEQ for short reads; Oxford Nanopore for long reads. The platform is chosen per project and stated in the quote.

What you receive

  • Raw data (FASTQ) or aligned files (BAM), as agreed
  • Quality control report: yield, Q30, mapping rate, coverage
  • Analysis output agreed in the quote (variants, expression matrix, annotation)

Sample requirements

Concentration, volume, integrity and shipping conditions depend on the assay and sample type. They are confirmed in writing before you send anything.

Send sample type, species and number of samples to get a quote. Request a quote

Gene synthesis & cloning Primers, genes, vectors

What we deliver

  • Unmodified and modified primers, dual-labelled probes
  • siRNA and shRNA constructs
  • Gene synthesis, codon optimisation and subcloning
  • Vector construction: expression vectors, reporter constructs, viral vectors
  • Site-directed mutagenesis and fragment assembly

Quality control

Sequence verification of the final construct is included. Purification and QC method (desalting, PAGE, HPLC) is specified in the quote for each item.

Deliverables

  • Plasmid DNA or glycerol stock, shipped at ambient temperature
  • Full sequence file and map (GenBank / SnapGene compatible)
  • Verification sequencing results
Sequence files can be sent directly — this service is handled remotely. Request a quote

CRISPR genome editing Design to validated clone

Scope

  • sgRNA design and off-target assessment
  • Knockout, knock-in and point mutation
  • Edited cell pools and single-cell clone isolation
  • Validation by PCR, sequencing and, where relevant, protein-level readout

What you receive

  • sgRNA sequences and design report
  • Edited pools or clones with sequencing evidence of the edit
  • Optional: off-target analysis on request

Notes

Editing efficiency depends on cell type and locus. We agree on acceptance criteria (for example, a validated heterozygous clone) before the project starts, rather than promising a percentage.

Viral packaging Lentivirus · Adenovirus · AAV

What we package

  • Lentivirus (2nd / 3rd generation systems)
  • Adenovirus
  • AAV, multiple serotypes

Quality control

  • Titre measurement, reported with the method used
  • Transduction check on a permissive cell line where applicable
  • Sterility and mycoplasma testing on request
  • QC report shipped with the virus

Deliverables

  • Purified virus, aliquoted, shipped on dry ice
  • Titre and QC report
  • Handling and storage instructions

If the construct is not ready yet, vector construction and packaging can be ordered as one project instead of two.

Cell & protein Lines, proteins, antibodies

Scope

  • Stable cell line generation (overexpression, knockdown, reporter lines)
  • Recombinant protein expression and purification
  • Polyclonal and monoclonal antibody production
  • Organoid culture and expansion
  • Cell authentication and mycoplasma testing

Deliverables

  • Expanded cell stock with passage record, or purified protein with SDS-PAGE / HPLC data
  • Expression validation data (qPCR, Western blot or flow, as agreed)

Bioinformatics From FASTQ to figures

Scope

  • Differential expression and functional enrichment (GO / KEGG)
  • Variant calling and annotation
  • Microbial community analysis (16S / ITS / metagenome)
  • Single-cell clustering, annotation and trajectory analysis
  • Re-analysis of data produced elsewhere

Deliverables

  • Analysis report with methods described in enough detail to cite
  • Publication-ready figures (PDF / PNG) and the underlying tables
  • Scripts or parameters on request

Re-analysis is fully remote: send the raw data and the question you want answered.
